Every project is different and we always offer a tailored service, but to keep things simple, we have divided the design process in two different phases:
interior design and project management.

INTERIOR DESIGN PHASE

The creative phase where the main project is created; we keep it simple with three easy steps

We'll arrange meetings (in person or on a call, depending on the service) to discuss about your project and needs, so I can make sure that the design is aligned with your expectations

STAGE 2

DESIGN CONCEPT

In this second step I'll show you the first project concept on a design concept presentation or 3D photorealistic renders.

3D photorealistic renders (if applicable)

STAGE 3

FINAL DESIGN

After the concept we'll discuss any change or amendment to the design. We'll finalize the choice of furniture, finishes, and materials used. After few days we'll deliver the final interior design presentation.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PHASE

With project management I can offer any service to have your project completed smoothly, and in the most efficient way. From purchasing the furniture on your behalf, to the assistance during the construction phase, and the final delivery and installation of the furniture.

BASIC

(2X SPACES)

Example: Living & dining area (in the same room), 1x bedroom
Kitchen design priced separately

STANDARD

(3x OR MORE SPACES)

Example: Living & dining area (in the same room), 2x bedrooms
Kitchen design priced separately

From £1,840

 PRICES ABOVE INCLUDE:

  • 1x On site visit in SW London (additional site visit +£150)

  • Identify best layout through CAD technical drawings

  • Virtual 3D model of 1x room of your choice (additional 3D models +£340 per room)

  • Up to 3 virtual meetings to discuss the project

  • Inspiration mood board, color scheme

  • Creating an Interior Design presentation (PDF) with recommended furniture

  • Specifying walls and floor finishes

  • Specifying lighting designs (both decorative and architectural)

  • Clickable furniture list (up to 2x alternatives for each product)

  • 1x revision where you can change up to 5 items on each room (other than alternative products)

ADDITIONAL SITE VISIT 

£150

We'll arrange on site visits and measure the space. Valid for London within M25. 

ADDITIONAL VIRTUAL 3D MODELS

From £340 per room

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

£400/ 10 hours

From ordering furniture on your behalf, checking furniture quality, creating technical drawings, designing fitted furniture.
